Either form a company for you with your own choice of name, normally within 24 hours. You can check here with Companies House whether the name you want has already been taken. Choose the 'Company Name Availability Search'.

Or supply an off the shelf company immediately by first class post. See our list of names in Off the shelf companies. Please phone or email to confirm that your choice is still available.

Our charge is £87 including VAT for our standard service and £117 for our enhanced service. With the standard service you get a company register which has not been filled in. The enhanced service has the initial appointments and the share certificates printed in a register with a slip case.

For companies with your own choice of name we can:

• Form a company with your director(s), secretary (if applicable) and shareholder(s) appointed at incorporation with our Standard package. The officers will normally be shown on the company's file on the Companies House web site within a day or two of incorporation. This is particularly helpful if you need to open a bank account urgently, as banks will want to see confirmation of these details before opening an account. For the standard service see Company Formation Request Form with Bona Fide Officers, and for the enhanced service Enhanced Formation Request Form with Bona Fide Officers. These forms covers incorporation with up to two directors and shareholders. We can incorporate with more directors and shareholders for an additional charge of £10 including VAT for each officer over two. There is a link from the formation request form to the Additional Officers Form.
• Form a company with your own Registered Office and a nominee director, secretary and shareholder, to be then changed with effect from incorporation. This is useful if you need to proceed urgently and details of the company's officers are not yet available. We supply a stock transfer to transfer the incorporation share over to you, and you will need to send us forms AP01 for appointment of the director. It generally takes about ten days from us sending forms AP01 to Companies House to them being available to be viewed on its Companies House file. NOTES 

1. Unless you specify otherwise, companies are formed with one share issued and the word LIMITED spelled out in full.

2. You can set a Companies House Authentication Code for the company which allows you to lodge most forms online. If you do not specify a code, we will set one and advise you of it.

3. The Registered Office is the official address of the company. You can use your home address, providing it is in the UK, but not a PO Box. We can provide the Registered Office for you (for official Companies House and tax documentation only). Our charge per annum is £50 plus VAT.

• Form a public limited company with bona fide officers for £117;
• Form a public limited company with nominee officers for £117;
• Form a Company Limited by Guarantee with bona fide officers for £117;
• Form a Company Limited by Guarantee with nominee officers for £117;
• Form a Limited Liability Partnership for £78.
• Register a company for VAT for £30 plus VAT

Company Seal

Company seals are no longer legally necessary in the UK, but are available if required for £20 including VAT.

Ordering and payment

We can take most standard credit and debit cards apart from American Express. Please phone or email your card details. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer (phone for bank details) or post the form to us with a cheque. If payment is made by cheque there will be a delay of one week for cheque clearance.

We will then commence formation immediately and send you the documentation by first class post.

Overseas Clients

We welcome overseas clients. The price for the standard package for customers in Europe is £100, including airmail postage. The director and shareholder can be a foreign resident and national.  UK companies must have a U.K. Registered Office, and we can provide this for £65 per annum for European customers. It is no longer compulsory to have a Company Secretary, but we can provide this service if required for £100 a year. Prices for customers outside Europe are £110 for formation and £75 per annum for our Registered Office service.
