Standard
Formation with Bona Fide Officers
from Incorporation
This is the best form to use if you have full information about the officers, as the appointments will be shown within a couple of days on the Companies House file. This speeds up opening the company bank account.
Enhanced Formation with Bona Fide Officers from Incorporation
Use this form if you have full details of the officers and you want a register with the documentation fully printed, including share certificates and registers of members, directors and secretaries.
Standard Formation with Nominee Officers at Incorporation
Use this form if you do not yet have full details about the company officers but want to proceed straight away with incorporation. The company will be incorporated with nominee officers, and Companies House form AP01 (see below) must then be completed to appoint the bona fide director(s).

Use this form if you want fully printed documentation and you do not yet have full details of officers.

Additional Directors and Shareholders
The forms for incorporation with bona fide officers allow for up to two directors and shareholders, but we can incorporate with more officers at £10 for each additional officer. This form is for providing details of two additional directors and shareholders. Please load it as many times as you require to advise the officers you want.
Additional Directors and Guarantors
This form is for appointing additonal officers for a company limited by guarantee.
This form is for appointing additional members of a Limited Liability partnership.

When you have opened a bank account for the company, we can assist you with registration for VAT for £30 plus VAT if you complete this form.
