We provide an excellent UK company formation service at a reasonable price.

You can check whether the company name you want is available by searching the Companies House index. Choose the Company Name Availability Search.

To form a company with our standard package and the director(s) and shareholder(s) appointed from incorporation, complete our order form for UK company formation with bona fide officers. Our charge is £87 including VAT.

We also have an enhanced package, which includes a register with the initial details, including the share certificates, fully printed in a register with a slip case.  To order this complete our enhanced package order form with bona fide officers. The cost is £117 including VAT.

Once you have completed and submitted the form, and phoned through your card details for payment, we proceed with incorporation straight away. The company should be incorporated within one working day. You can then apply straight away to open a bank account, as the bank will be able to see details of officers on the company's file at Companies House.

If you wish to proceed with incorporation and officers' details are not yet available, we can form a company with nominee officers. See our order form for UK company formation with nominee officers. The nominees then resign and the bona fide            director(s) are appointed with Companies House form AP01.

Once you have opened a bank account for the company, we can arrange VAT registration for £30 plus VAT.

We can arrange restoration of a dissolved company for £500 plus VAT, excluding any Companies House fines for late filing of accounts and fees for Annual Returns.
