About Dudley Miles Company Services Limited
Dudley Miles Company Services started trading as a non-limited
company in 1989. Since April 1997 we have traded as a limited
company.
From the beginning, we have prided ourselves on the quality
and efficiency of our work, constantly exploring new ways of enhancing
the service to clients.
We now provide company formation and search services for over
one hundred accountants all over the country - and for individuals
world wide. Many of our clients have been with us since the early years
of the company, as they appreciate the high level of service we provide.
This has required constant upgrading of equipment and software
which now enables us to dispatch more than 97% of requests for standard
Company Formations within 24 hours.
Much of the company's software has been developed by Dudley Miles himself.
STAFF
Dudley Miles graduated from Bristol
University. He then worked for the Post Office for five years, but left
to become a night security guard so that he could work on a biography
of Francis Place, an early nineteenth century radical. After ten years
work, this was published in 1986, and he received a PhD by published
work for it. In 1987 he started working for a small company search
agency, and in 1989 he started his own business, soon coming to
specialise in company formation.

John Lefley is a retired Chartered
Secretary. After graduating from Edinburgh University, he spent the
following years in Scotland working for East Kilbride Development
Corporation and the National Farmers Union Scotland, following which he
was Director of the Scottish Association of Master Bakers. More
recently he was founder/secretary of the National Association for the
Protection of Punters.
